• Worked closely with the editor and design team each month to come up with an issue.
• Managed some writing including music, movie, DVD reviews, food and beverage features and interviews with personalities and celebrities both local and foreign.
• Dealt with the sales and branding teams and worked on advertorials and promotional pages for the magazine. 

• Contributed to publications such as FHM Singapore, 8 Days, Singapore Women's Weekly, Nautique (Raffles Marina magazine), Square Rooms (home/decor magazine), Advoice (advertising industry magazine), Media Fusion (media development Authority magazine), Teenage (teen lifestyle magazine), Seventeen (teen lifestyle magazine), Home Concepts (home/decor magazine), Four Walls (home/decor magazine), Changi (Changi Airport magazine), Duet (social development unit magazine) and Today newspaper.
• Worked as a freelance editor for Times Editions, MediaCorp Publishing and Emap Singapore.

• Worked for a weekly entertainment magazine, Works Weekly.
• Was in-charge for the music, TV, sports and personality pages and also came up with feature ideas.

Teens is a youth magazine in Singapore, published by Eastern Publishing.

• Developed monthly editorial synopses, supervised freelancers, edited their work, arranged photoshoots and managed the approval of the layout.
• Attended meetings with clients to see how to best give the exposure in the magazine.

Panpac Media is a Singapore-based publishing, education and marketing communications company.

• Worked on a fortnightly entertainment magazine, POP OUT (later known as Zing Out) which was launched in May 1999.
• Wrote for The Singapore Visitor, a fortnightly publication targeted at tourists which focuses on what to do and where to go in Singapore.
• Involved in the content creation for Zing Asia, an Asian leisure website.
• Supervised two full-time writers and dealing with freelancers, briefing them, and making sure that their work was handed in on time.

• Wrote for several entertainment magazines such as M3, MAX, Teens and the Teens Annual 1998 and 1999.
• Contributed general articles on entertainment trends. 

Singapore Press Holdings is a media organization in Singapore aiming to engage minds and enrich lives across multiple languages and platforms.

• Wrote for two weekly newspapers, City Weekly and WEEKENDeast, both community newspapers that were distributed with the main local paper, The Straits Times.
• Covered topics mainly on entertainment and nightlife and also movies, retail, health, news, food and the local sports scene.
• Created feature stories, with topics ranging from boy band groupies to local parks to prominent women in Singapore.
