We provide solutions for companies looking for individual talents or to build a multi-talent team on a project-basis or for the long-term. You can choose to work with talents on full-time, part-time or hourly arrangements.

Can Content.co talents work on-site at my preferred location?

While most clients find it most efficient to work with Content.co talents and experts in off-site, remote arrangements, we can match you to talents who can work on-site at your preferred location.

Do Content.co talents communicate in my preferred language(s)?

Content.co’s talents and experts are fully proficient in spoken and written English and comprises of members who are fluent in other languages, including Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesian, among others. If your brief has specific language requirements, inform Content.co and we will match you accordingly.

How long does the matching process take, from contacting Content.co to starting work with the talents?

Companies typically take between 24 to 72 hours from the time when they inform Content.co of their talent needs, to start working with their matched talents.

What happens if I am not satisfied?

Content.co provides satisfaction guarantees for its clients. If the talent does not perform up to your standard, Content.co will provide a talent replacement.

Pricing & Payment

Who owns the IP of the work created by Content.co talents?

As stipulated in our client agreement, Content.co clients own the IP of the original work created via Content.co, and is provided worldwide exclusive rights for publishing. Neither Content.co nor its talents and experts owns the IP of the work created.

How much does Content.co cost?

Content.co will find you talents that match your preferred rates. While our usual price range is as follows, we cater to individual requests based on your specific talent needs. Writers and designers start from US$30 per hour. Animators and video specialists start from US$60 per hour. Marketing specialists’ rates start from US$100 per hour and project managers’ rates start from US$70 per hour.

What are my payment terms and options?

Payments are made via credit card or PayPal. For Enterprise accounts, we can issue invoicing with payment via PO, wire or cheque. Contact us here for more information.
